  • Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Geschäftskunden, betreust sie telefonisch und berätst sie zu ihren individuellen Anliegen.
  • Mit einem guten Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse führst du eigenständig Verhandlungen und findest maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für ein optimales Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Du erstellst Angebote, verfolgst sie nach, kümmerst dich um die Erfassung und Abrechnung von Bestellungen und sorgst dafür, dass deine Umsatz- und Ertragsziele erreicht werden.
  • Du begeisterst Bestandskunden und baust durch gezielte Akquise erfolgreich deinen Kundenstamm aus.
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konntest im Telesales, im Key Account Management, im Reseller-Bereich oder im Callcenter bereits nachweisbare Verkaufserfolge erzielen.
  • Deine Erfahrung im B2B-Umfeld und dein Technik-Know-how, speziell im Bereich Consumer Electronics, machen dich zur geschätzten Ansprechperson.
  • Mit Schlagfertigkeit und Wortgewandtheit, gepaart mit Freude am Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit, agierst du als authentischer Teamplayer.
  • Idealerweise bringst du dabei erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP mit.
