We offer a thorough training program at our corporate office in North Reading to ensure you’re successful in every aspect before heading to your store.

  2. Provide great guest service to every customer and ensure that your team does the same.
  3. Work together with employees to ensure they are trained and working towards achieving their professional goals.
  4. Resolve guest issues effectively and with compassion.

  1. Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
  2. Ensure that you and your team keep a clean store and maintain all company and brand guidelines.
  3. Understand and analyze financials to ensure that you are maximizing business opportunities to help your store and company be successful.
  4. Identify any issues within your store and work with your District Manager to create plans for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
  1. Ability to effectively communicate with our guests.
  2. Ability to do basic math.
  3. Basic understanding of financial management.
  4. Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  5. At least 18 years of age.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent.
