Senior Account Executive

The Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) space is rapidly expanding and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a scale-up environment, providing an innovative SaaS product to software engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Crush Quotas: Consistently exceed targets by selling our SaaS solution ($50k-$200k ACV) to mid-market accounts.
- Lead Product Demos: Deliver impactful web demos and own mid-trial reviews to accelerate prospect decision-making.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process with technical expertise—conduct demos, set up trials, address Q&A, present insights, and close deals with minimal support.
- Drive Pipeline Generation: Deliver quality top-of-funnel engagement through cold and warm outreach.
- Shape Product Direction: Directly influence the product roadmap by turning customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Full-Funnel Management: Partner with marketing to generate and nurture a robust sales pipeline from initial engagement to conversion.
- Deliver World-Class Experience: Ensure every prospect and customer receives unmatched service and support through all stages of the engagement process.
- Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle B2B software sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas (references required).
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort in discussing and demonstrating highly technical products, especially in the software development, product, and/or engineering domain.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to simplify complex problems and present solutions clearly and engagingly.
- Sales Skills: Experience in prospecting, managing a large volume of opportunities, and nurturing larger accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to software engineering, DevOps, QA, or product teams.
- Mindset: You’re a pioneer who’s always looking to improve processes, with a passion for software development.
- Adaptability: You have a proven process but are open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Collaboration: Thrives in a hybrid or remote work environment, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Startup Experience: Preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to operate and thrive in a startup setting.
