Role: CC&B System Administrator

Location: Tucson, AZ or Remote (Must Reside in US)

Job Summary:

We have an immediate need for a highly skilled CC&B System Administrator for Oracle Customer Care & Billing upgrade project. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ implementations and 15+ years of CC&B System Administrator experience implementing or supporting some combination of relevant Oracle applications as a senior team member or lead role.

Responsibilities:

· CC&B Installation, configuration, deployment upgrading, patching, package deployments, system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning.

· Applying CCB and Framework Service Packs (SP) and Patches for Utilities Framework and CCB.
Troubleshooting and resolution of CC&B system or server issues and problems; tracking and driving resolution, Configuring and Administering CC&B Thread pool worker
Coordinate with the Network Team, Platform Team, Database Team and Web Team in the support of CC&B and related system

· Support of the CC&B interfaces into the application using the following technologies: Unix scripting, Java, and PL/SQL

· Providing 24/7 Production support for CCB Application and CC&B database. Closely monitoring the jobs for its performance and successful completion.

· Working knowledge of the UNIX operating system

· Working knowledge of XML/XAI interfaces, WebLogic and JVM architecture

· Periodic System maintenance and monitoring

· Performing CCB Cloning/Refresh of CCB Development/UAT instances from Production for testing purposes. Applying recommended Oracle Patches for CCB Application and CC&B database.

· Working closely with data migration team and assisting them with data migration.

· Working closely with Oracle support for the critical issues

· UC4 Batch monitoring tool Administration

Benefits and Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $113,800/Year to $136,100/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
