  • Collaborate Across Project Phases: Engage with GTM and product teams at all stages, from concept to implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Stay Current on Industry Trends: Monitor industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire innovative approaches and maintain competitive advantage.
Your Profile

  • Expertise in the payments ecosystem, specifically ACH payments and NACHA guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of FinTech regulations related to deposit products, with practical experience in compliance.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams: You excel at interpreting customer needs and collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and advise on product solutions.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical: Skilled in data reporting, dashboards, trend analysis, and creative problem-solving.
  • Proven business judgment: You ask insightful questions and make sound decisions while collaborating with diverse internal and external partners.
  • Clear and effective communicator: Able to convey complex ideas concisely, both verbally and in writing, and navigate technical and business discussions with ease.
  • Strong leadership skills: Demonstrated success in developing talent, building cross-functional relationships, and influencing a variety of stakeholders, including executive audiences.
