HVAC Maintenance Technician – Crabtree Valley Mall

Our broad-based talent is versed in multiple disciplines, from investment and development, which enables the company to quickly assess market opportunities, to management, marketing, and leasing, which allows it to control costs effectively and maintain the quality of its properties. This position is based in Raleigh, NC , but our company operates nationally, particularly in large regional malls.
As the HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will maintain chillers, cooling towers, miscellaneous associated pumps, valves, control devices, air handler units, split systems, and package units. Your duties may be completed as part of a team project or an individual task. This is a multiple-trade position, and you must have the ability to learn and become proficient in many other trades. You will be expected to inspect and document elevators/escalators daily, as well as fire sprinkler systems, doors, chiller plant operation, etc.
To thrive, you should have:
- Two-year HVAC Diploma, Industrial Maintenance diploma, or HVAC certificate
- 3 years of practical HVAC experience
- General Tool knowledge and use
- Desire to learn multiple trade disciplines
- Computer literacy is a must.
- A professional image at all times
- Ability to communicate with all parties (customers, tenants, management, and other staff) with a high level of professionalism
