We are seeking a responsible and compassionate RN with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to thrive in a mulit-disiplinary environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Providing a full range of age appropriate nursing care to assigned patients. Patient care areas include medical, surgical, pediatric, geriatric, emergency, same day surgery, swing bed, outpatients, respite
+ Incorporating knowledge of the nursing process and professional standards of nursing into patient care and day to day performance
+ Develops, evaluates and modifies the plan of care based on patient need and observable patient responses
+ Demonstrating leadership qualities that provide for effective and appropriate delegation of care, evaluation of delegated care provided to patients, and the maintenance of a safe and healing patient environment
**Qualifications**
+ Current licensure as Registered Nurse by the Minnesota State Board of Nursing
+ BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC or CALS (ACLS, PALS, CALS & TNCC obtained within 12 months of hire)
**Pay Range**
$30.47 - $44.19 /hour
