$20,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates
Full-Time 7a - 7p
The RN is responsible for managing and providing nursing care for the patient populations on the unit. This includes the immediate, short-term nursing care needs of patients as well as, planning for long-term needs. The KY Nurse Practice Act and established Baptist Health policies, procedures and standards of practice, determine the nurse's scope of practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate of school of nursing with current unrestricted KY license required, or higher.
* Requires good clinical, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred on hire and required within 90 days of hire.
* Flexibility in work schedule, shift hours and job duties are required as well as basic computer skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prefer recent experience in specialty.
