1. Associates degree in Medical Laboratory or Laboratory Sciences (MLT).
2. Current WV, OH, PA or MD Licensure as a Medical Technician within 90 days of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).

11. Maintain compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures for safety, security, and infection control.
12. Communicate and interact with patients, families, visitors, physicians, departmental and hospital staff, and the public in general, in a manner that demonstrates professionalism and concern for their individual needs.
