The Senior Manager in Client Service Direct will lead the team of Direct Client Service members that support Direct clients contracting directly with ThomasPartners Strategies, Wasmer Schroeder Strategies and Windhaven Strategies. This team provides support to individual investors and institutional clients and this role will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Lead the team of Direct Client Service members by owning the on-going coaching, skill development and engagement of the team.
  • Enforce and maintain desktop procedures and client service processes according to established compliance and risk requirements. Work closely with Compliance and Risk to review and implement recommended changes to procedures and processes.
  • Manage and secure alignment on priorities; lead the team towards stated objectives through strategic planning and execution.
  • Work with Salesforce and Vestmark project teams for ad hoc issue resolution and communication enhancements.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with Relationship Management Team and their clients to understand how the Client Service Team can best support them and their needs.
What you have
  • 10+ years of client service experience 
  • Passion for service, professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and teamwork.
  • Prior management experience required; ability to empower and coach direct reports.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients and team members.
  • Aptitude for complex problem solving.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to prioritize business needs and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • A savvy user of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook.
  • Series 65 or CFP is a condition of employment within one year of hire date.
