Alamon is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Network Services-NWS team The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for weekly payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and providing support to field staff and management. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, have excellent problem-solving skills, and is fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.   • Project Management – Track and analyze project costs
  • Invoice and follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Submit purchase orders and vendor payments
  • Assist with departmental employee support
  • Onboarding Completion
  • Assign and track training
  • Badging
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Track and verify credit card transactions
  • Perform weekly payroll duties
  • Onboard customers and subcontractors
  • Assist with customer support requests
  • Create and manage reports
  • Track inventory and company assets
  • Perform additional various tasks to support the department and operations manager
  • Ability to use a multi-line phone system
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new software programs
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite with extensive knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Proficient with the Google Workspace Suite including Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Excellence in typed/written communication
  • Ability to compile/reconcile spreadsheet data
  • Willingness to continually adapt, change, and learn as tasks are assigned, business scope changes and the company grows
  • Ability to identify concerns or make appropriate inquiries to obtain information
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Work Environment:
  • This position is based out of our Headquarters location in Kalispell Montana, is non-remote, and in a cubicle workspace
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift, carry and bend
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Carry or lift a minimum of 25lbs
