What you’ll do as a Process Operator:
  • Set up, operate, monitor, regulate, and adjust equipment to meet product requirements and achieve Safety, Quality, Value, Cost (S, Q, V, C) results
  • Troubleshoot and operate manufacturing equipment to identify root causes of problems
  • Pay close attention to detail and alert supervision if numbers fall outside expected quality ranges
  • Convey shift information and knowledge regarding the daily production, process, and equipment 
  • Deliver quality results, on spec and on time
  • Assure availability of required materials and supplies
  • Monitor equipment settings and make required adjustments to product specifications
  • Continually monitor all KPIs
  • Perform routine quality checks and adjusts to meet set specifications
  • Create clear, accurate, and timely documentation
What you need to be a Process Operator:
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment with frequent, effective, and quick communication
  • Ability to follow safety rules and operational procedures
  • Complies with all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations
