We are collaborating with a globally recognized mid-market manufacturing organization, backed by private equity, to find a Human Resources Manager for their team in Wichita Falls.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who can function as a strategic guide, providing consultation and solutions on the people aspects of successful execution of business plans and initiatives. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, the HR Manager provides coaching and guidance to managers and employees across a spectrum of talent management programs to include employee relations and engagement, team performance and effectiveness, learning & development, total rewards, workforce planning, and organizational design & development. This person will report to the Director of Human Resources.



  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of two HR representatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives, understanding organizational goals, challenges, needs, and key success factors. Actively participate in planning processes, advocate for best practices, and lead workforce planning efforts.
  • Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities that may impact business plan execution.
  • Align with the overall HR strategy to guide organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and skills assessment and development.
  • Coach business partners on career development, leadership, and management practices.
  • Assist in developing strategies for organizational and behavioral change, conducting needs assessments, analyzing organizational issues, and recommending solutions for organizational design and development.
  • Work with the Director of HR, GM, and senior management to create high-quality solutions, action plans, and relevant metrics, including developing effective skills and competency structures to support business goals and talent needs.
  • Guide management in applying appropriate learning and development solutions for individuals, create meaningful development and career plans, and monitor progress.
  • Oversee the local performance management process, providing relevant coaching and guidance.
  • Support leaders with compensation actions, including annual reviews, promotions, and job leveling solutions.
  • Investigate both basic and complex employee relations issues, initiate resolutions, and implement effective solutions consistent with the company's vision, mission, cultural values, and applicable policies and laws.
  • Support talent management, recruitment, staffing plans, compensation structures, and onboarding efforts.
  • Manage the approval of local HR transactions, prepare reports, and analyze data using the current HRIS.


  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Leadership preferred.
  • 6-8 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with expertise in the entire talent management platform, including team development, learning solutions, performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement, change management, and organizational design.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Ability to build trust and foster productive relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, demonstrating the ability to address challenges and lead others to overcome them.
  • Accountable and self-motivated, with the capability to achieve results and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, influencing, and decision-making skills.
  • Recognized as a key resource for employees and managers, approachable, and skilled in facilitating coaching conversations.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and deliver formal presentations or training at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel between Wichita Falls, TX, and Pauls Valley, OK, 1 to 2 times per week or as required by business needs.
