Our client, a $1B AUM Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) wealth management firm, is in search of a Operations Manager to help them fill an operations gap created by realignment of their team. This role will report up to both the COO and CEO and have four direct reports.


Only candidates from a wealth management background will be considered. This is primarily an in-office work environment.


Duties:

  • Support the implementation of operational strategies and report on progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery of the client experience within operations team, then track and review efficiency of process.
  • Provide process and technology training to operations team.
  • Coordinate operations team workflows and provide support on new and key client accounts.
  • Support implementation of firm's technology strategy, often partnering with external partners and providing internal training.
  • Manage the performance and development of operations team.
  • Coordinate client billing and provide accurate financial data.
  • Support the implementation of compliance strategy.


Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of operations experience within a wealth management firm.
  • Series 65 or 66 is a plus.
  • Understanding of technologies used within industry: Schwab, Addepar, compliance, operations, payroll, trading; etc.
