Sr. Project ManagerAn enterprise retail company is looking to bring on a Sr. Project Manager to help support their critical Product Data Hub Program. As the Sr. Project Manager, you will be supplementing the workload of the Program Manager managing this program. Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Managing product data integrations and integration testingMonitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks, or delays to Program ManagersFacilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings and working sessions with internal teams and external vendorsTrack and reconcile project budgets, process invoices, and support financial reporting in collaboration with finance and procurement teamsCoordinate the onboarding of project team members, including assigning roles, managing access permissions, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverablesCreation and maintenance of project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries to support effective stakeholder communicationServe as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping to streamline communication and reduce operational bottlenecksWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Ability to bridge communication gaps between technology and business users. Ability to foster open team communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience managing Master Data Management (MDM) projects.
