Responsibilities Manage and oversee commercial HVAC sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project goals, scope, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution, including procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project outcomes. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards. Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and variance analysis, to key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience in project management, particularly in the commercial HVAC or construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
