Responsibilities

  • Assist on logistical plans for event experiences that align with program and organizational goals by utilizing design principles to coordinate with partners on concepts, design, and engagement strategies.
  • Implement best practices for meeting agendas/recap, event checklist, SOS, RFPs, event budgets, etc.
  • Schedule meetings with partners, committees, and other external stakeholders.
  • Provide onsite assistance to Advisors and Senior Advisors for complex Seminars and Signature events.
  • Under the direction of our leaders, the candidate will eagerly absorb and apply audience engagement techniques across various events.
  • This role demands the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication.
