Are you a seasoned Program Manager with a knack for delivering complex projects in dynamic environments? Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team, spearheading business and technology initiatives with a focus on a Next Gen Point of Sale (NGPOS) program that will be instrumental in modernizing checkout experiences.


Key Qualifications:

  • Certification & Experience: PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Program Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and successfully delivering programs using both Agile and iterative waterfall methodologies.
  • Hardware Deployment Experience: Demonstrated success in rolling out hardware deployments across multiple US sites.
  • Complex Project Delivery: History of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Strong ability to foresee and mitigate project and program risks.
  • Independent & Solution-Oriented: Confident, proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • Presentation & Facilitation: Dynamic presenter with outstanding engagement management skills and business acumen.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience managing external customers and understanding deployment lifecycles.
  • Technical & Business Communication: Ability to communicate technical information in business terms, facilitating understanding at all levels.

  • Program Planning: Establish, update, and manage project and program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Documentation & Pursuit: Ensure thorough documentation of program requirements and objectives, driving towards successful outcomes.
  • Timely Delivery: Manage projects to meet time and cost targets within agreed tolerances.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
  • Goal Setting & Implementation: Collaborate with peers to define technical specifications and develop detailed implementation plans.
  • Resource Optimization: Coordinate complex planning activities to optimize resource use.
  • Scope Alignment: Ensure program scope aligns with strategic business objectives, recommending modifications to enhance effectiveness.
