The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to promote their brand, drive sales and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity and leadership skills.

Marketing Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Manage all aspects of traditional and digital marketing, including but not limited to, tradeshow management, content creation, branding initiatives, sales enablement, email/drip campaigns and social media marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals

Marketing Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing, including proficiency in tradeshow management, content creation, branding, sales enablement, email/drip campaigns and social media marketing
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation
  • Knowledge of the environmental industry or related fields is a plus
