Caregivers & Childcare

BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County is currently looking for experienced caregivers and childcare workers with at least 1yr of professional experience.  

As a member of the BrightStar Care team you'll benefit from flexible per diem scheduling, our award winning training program with opportunities for one-on-one, group and online trainings, weekly pay, employee recognition program and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily personal hygiene, meal preparation and light housekeeping as appropriate
• Planning and coordinating safe and appropriate activities
• Develop and promote a safe environment
• Assist in providing a safe environment for clients in your care
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
• Treat client, family, and staff with courtesy and respect
• And other duties as outlined in the plan of care

You’ll receive:

• $18-$21hr DOE plus additional incentive pay
