Adecco Creative is partnering with a luxury fashion brand in NYC to recruit for a Wholesale Assistant role. This position will be contract, is onsite, and will be part-time hours (approximately 24 hours per week).


Primary Purpose:

Manage the Wholesale Dropship process from end-to-end inclusive of sample ordering & management, shoot coordination, copy & asset distribution, and communication with partners regarding Dropship. You will be responsible for tracking Open Stock production & ensuring all feeds are live on both the brand side as well as the account side. Separately, you will be responsible for managing account ecommerce sample orders and checking the websites of all ecommerce partners daily to ensure all imagery & copy is accurate.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Dropship process is being closely managed from end-to-end for both Full Price & Off Price
  • Place sample orders
  • Track sample orders for on time delivery
  • Coordinate shoots internally with marketing team
  • Partner with production team to get all necessary copy information to complete account templates
  • Share assortments with Wholesale partners to begin set up process
  • Partner with Wholesale operations team to ensure all feeds are turned out
  • Provide all necessary information to accounts with ample notice to ensure product goes live as soon as it hits the warehouse (copy, imagery).
  • Develop relationships with wholesale accounts dropship teams & assistant buyers
  • Create Dropship selling recap from data provided by wholesale operations team weekly.
  • Review wholesale websites daily for accuracy of information & cross reference ATS report to ensure all product is live on the websites.
  • Share any voids in the assortment (no boots in September, etc.)
  • Partner with Wholesale accounts to place sample orders after market.
  • Work with production to ensure on-time delivery, and expedite product when necessary (for marketing shoots, etc.)
  • Sharing best/worst sellers, product feedback, inventory and assortment opportunities and competitive performance.
  • Reorders opportunities in each door, weekly based on visits
