You will be responsible for expanding existing relationships, ensuring the client's goals are met.What Will You Do?Manage top-tier client accounts, providing expert guidance and responsive support to ensure satisfaction and portfolio growthLead strategic account practices and align them with business objectives to drive measurable outcomesAnalyze account performance using advanced data and reporting skills to inform decision-making and optimize client healthPartner with cross-functional teams to address complex client needs and implement effective solutionsCommunicate proactively and effectively to exceed client expectations and foster long-term engagementDemonstrate thought leadership in client meetings, presenting data-driven recommendations and strategic insightsAdvocate for client needWhat Skills Or Experience Will You Bring?Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant certifications a plusMinimum of 2 years of professional experience in client-facing roles, with proven success managing enterprise or strategic accountsDeep understanding of digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and performance metricsStrong analytical background, including experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and campaign optimizationExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levelsDemonstrated ability to retain and grow accounts, maintain trust, and deliver exceptional client serviceProficiency with CRM tools and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategiesExperience mentoring or leading junior team members a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslySelf-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering measurable client results
