We are partnered with a luxury-brand name hospitality company looking to add an additional Web Designer to their growing team


**This role will be onsite in Miami near the airport Monday - Friday. Candidates who are not local will not be considered.**

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the website is easy to navigate and user-friendly. This might involve the creation of wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of design elements and user interactions.
  • Develop on-brand, efficient, user-friendly digital content for all our brands.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for various devices and screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design standards and guidelines within the organization.
  • Prepare web ready graphic files and works closely with the development team to optimize the elements according to professional web standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in web design
  • At least 3 years of experience with graphic design
  • Ability to work on Mac platform
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects are a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Photo Retouching, Banner Ads, Landing Pages, Email Campaigns, Microsites, Websites. Video editing and UI/UX experience.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery
