Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Proven experience with site development, grading, and stormwater management. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work in a team, as well as independently, in a fast-paced and high volume environment. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
