Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT financials and a strong background in FP&A. The IT Finance Manager will work closely with both the IT and procurement groups and manage a team of two financial professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure all financial operations align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Cost Management: Implement effective cost management strategies to optimize IT spending and improve financial performance.
  • Data Gathering: Collect and analyze financial data to support tactical and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of two finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and procurement groups to ensure alignment and effective management of financial resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and other stakeholders.
