Senior Director, Head of U.S. HCP MarketingThe Senior Director, Head of U.S. HCP Marketing for our TPIP program in Pulmonary Hypertension associated with Interstitial Lung Disease (PH-ILD), Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), and Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis (PPF) will be responsible for shaping and executing the professional marketing strategy to ensure successful U.S. launch readiness and long-term adoption. This role is focused on the U.S. market. This leader will focus on driving HCP engagement, advancing scientific education, and developing tailored communications to the unique challenges of fibrosing ILDs. This leader will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing brand team.Key ResponsibilitiesHCP Marketing Strategy DevelopmentDevelop the professional brand strategy for TPIP in PH-ILD, IPF, and PPF, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market frameworks tailored to HCPs treating fibrosing ILDs.Lead campaign development to engage pulmonologists, ILD specialists, and community physicians.Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific and clinical insights inform HCP strategies.Lead development and implementation of tactical plans for health care professionalsBuild and implement a clear, concise value proposition, with supporting messaging, for health care professionals to be delivered through a comprehensive launch planSupport franchise launch readiness by representing the brand in go-to-market and organizational design buildsBuild and prepare brand strategy with future indications in mindActively participate and represent Brand in various cross-functional meetingsBuild a robust medical education plan for both disease awareness and post-launchEstablish strong relationships and develop collaborative areas of shared interest with key stakeholders, including HCP experts and professional societiesWork closely with the financial business partner to identify and manage HCP resourcesBe a product champion and maintain knowledge of therapy areasEnsure a culture of compliance for the commercial teamLaunch Planning & ReadinessLead integrated U.S. launch readiness for HCP and payer channels in PH-ILD, IPF, and PPF.Oversee tactical planning, sequencing, KPIs, and execution to support TPIP adoption at launch.Partner with global and regional colleagues to ensure professional and payer strategies are locally relevant while globally aligned.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Effectiveness to ensure alignment of U.S. HCP activities with field execution.Partner with Agency of Record and cross-functional partners, including ex-US colleaguesWork closely with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations team members to align and compliantly execute key tactical activitiesCollaborate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Clinical colleagues to ensure compliant and integrated professional and payer campaigns.Work with Advocacy, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations to ensure consistent external messaging with professional and payer audiences.Collaborate with Global Marketing teams in Europe and Japan to align and harmonize on an integrated overarching brand strategy, with tactical execution tailored to each geography.Franchise CollaborationPartner closely with the Senior Director, HCP Marketing Lead (PAH) to ensure alignment and consistency across indications.Contribute to the development of the overarching TPIP franchise strategy by incorporating HCP and payer perspectives for fibrosing ILDs.Support cross-indication planning and coordination to maximize the impact of TPIP across PH-ILD, IPF, PPF, and PAH.Market, Competitive, and Customer InsightsMonitor market trends, payer policies, and competitive dynamics across fibrosing ILDs.Integrate HCP and payer insights to refine marketing strategies and inform lifecycle planning.Support new indication and formulation strategies for TPIP with a focus on professional adoption and payer access.QualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.1012+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with at least 8 years in HCP, payer, or market access marketing roles.Proven success in developing and executing launch strategies targeting HCP audiences in specialty or rare disease markets.Experience in PAH, cardiopulmonary, or respiratory therapeutic areas preferred.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level updates.Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.Experience as a people manager preferred with track record of developing talent.Proven ability to develop exceptional relationships and have an impact on or appropriately influence othersExperience working with global colleagues preferredExperience working in a franchise with multiple brands preferredExperience working in a start-up and/or mid-cap sized company highly desiredOrphan or rare disease experience (pulmonary preferred) and/or an authentic commitment to working closely with patient community preferredFamiliarity/experience with regulatory and pharmaceutical legal promotional review processesA track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that have delivered strong commercial results.Successful track record of U.S. product launch experience also preferred.Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional, high-performance teamsHighly analytical and strategic with demonstration to translate global strategies into local initiativesHighly developed organizational and prioritization skills and capabilityMust have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Individuals must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.Location & TravelBased on Candidate: Bridgewater, NJ HQ with hybrid flexibility or Purposeful Remote with expectations to be onsite in Bridgewater routinely.
