Solutions Architect

Insight Global is hiring a Solutions Architect to our clients team in the St. Louis, Stamford, Charlotte, or Denver area. This person will be joining a team of 6 other Solution Architects supporting their sales channels for their organization. This person will be supporting a variety of high visibility projects, focused on system integration for different environments. This person will be responsible for looking at the interaction between several complex systems and then instructing the development teams and other architects on how to design the web services and align the systems. They'll be supporting a Springboot environment, supporting projects in a variety of platforms and environments such as Kafka, Linux, Redhat, Windows etc. This person must have experience with system level design looking at two systems and understanding how it ought to be solved and how they can interact. This role partners with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to define business requirements and design architectural blueprints. Responsibilities include selecting technologies, creating comprehensive technical documentation, and guiding development teams to maintain quality standards. The Solution Architect will also collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with scalability, performance, and security requirements. Telecommunications experience Background with LUCID 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect across project lifecycles (conception to implementation) Strong system design and architectural strategy experience Kafka experience Experience with AWS cloud strategies Experience with LUCID or similar technologies Experience supporting java environments Experience creating sequence diagrams, business capability modeling, and BPMN Documentation Ability to analyze interactions between complex systems and create effective solutions Experience defining technical specifications and selecting tech stacks Familiarity with integration, scalability, and security requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and technical teams Ability to create detailed technical documentation (diagrams, models, specifications) Experience guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to design standards Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while maintaining quality attributes (performance, usability, security)
