We believe in providing our dedicated team members with the best resources to support their physical, mental and financial wellbeing, including generous PTO, 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision (and pet) insurance as well as special perks and discounts.Job Purpose & Scope: Responsible for performing fraud incident investigations and case management, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to mitigate and recover loss to the Bank.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability and willingness to continuously build knowledge and skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.Ability to read and analyze data to identify fraudulent/suspicious behavior.Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely.Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and learn quickly.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.Ability to travel on company business, including occasional overnight travel or extended trips.Ability to work extended hours to meet a goal, as required.Ability to prepare and provide comprehensive investigative reports to law enforcement for criminal prosecution including the collection, preparation, and preservation of evidence.Ability to effectively conduct investigations and link analysis.Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience required.Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in fraud investigations, bank security, bank loss prevention, and/or Bank Secrecy Act reporting, required.Certification in a relevant discipline (i.e., Certified Fraud Examiner-CFE, Certified Financial Crimes Investigator-CFCI, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist-CAMS) or willingness to obtain certifications, preferred.Job Expectations: Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
