Insight Global is actively seeking a CAD Designer to join our client’s team in New Castle or Dover, Delaware. If you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment and are passionate about water infrastructure design and construction, this opportunity is for you. As part of our growing team, you’ll work on multi-disciplinary projects, contributing to the development of engineering designs. This role offers significant career growth potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including alignments, profiles, and grading features, to create engineered construction plans and sheet setups.
  • Prepare a variety of AutoCAD or Civil 3D plans, maps, and bills of materials.
  • Collaborate closely with civil engineers and project leaders to develop high-quality engineering designs.
  • Adhere to internal and client procedures and standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pay attention to detail and apply innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, take direction, and interact positively with colleagues.


Compensation:

$35/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
