As a company, we have raised millions for local and national charities.Job Responsibilities for Automotive Internet Sales Manager:Monitor and keep track of all internet submission traffic per assigned brandEnsure proper workflow and productivity of all SalesWork alongside upper management to achieve the required sales goals for the internet per assigned brandProvide knowledgeable sales and phone training to sales staffEnsure professional etiquette is being followed among staffConfirm internet appointments scheduled throughout the week for assigned brandsPerform weekly/monthly performance reviews of the sales staffProvide reporting as needed to all management staffFrequent activity reports are being monitored to check for a lack of performanceConflict resolution skills and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to lead staff and work towards sales goalsAvailable to work an extended schedule per sales requirementsRequirements for Automotive Internet Sales Manager:Successful Sales background, Automotive preferredStrong computer/internet, mobile/Smartphone skillsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skillsSelf-starter but also able to work successfully as a member of a teamMileOne Autogroup is an equal-opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free work environment.By applying for this job, you agree to receive email communication, as well as telephone and/or SMS text communications using an autodialer or otherwise, at the number you have provided.
