Apply nowSuperintendent - Mechanical ConstructionLead and manage field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safety compliance and project efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Organize and oversee job site activities.Promote and enforce safety policies.Evaluate and interpret construction documents.Generate material takeoffs from drawings.Manage materials, equipment, and company assets.Direct and supervise crews and subcontractors.Monitor field productivity and labor allocation.Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.Maintain necessary certifications and expertise.Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings.Complete required documentation.Assist Project Manager in budget adherence.Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software.Competencies:Safety ConsciousnessTeamwork CollaborationFlexibility/AdaptabilityInitiativeDependabilityCommunication ProficiencyMechanical ExpertisePlanningMaterial TakeoffPrint ReadingLeadership SkillsRequired Education and Experience:6+ years in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.Prior supervision experience in similar projects.Relevant licenses or certifications in plumbing, HVAC, welding, or related fields.Compensation and Benefits:401K PlanCompany Medical, Dental, Vision BenefitsPaid VacationSupervisory Responsibility: Direct and train subordinate crews for skill development.Work Environment: Exposed to varying job site conditions.Physical Demands: Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, etc.Position Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible hours.
