Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.Greets and interacts with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner to ensure 100% guest satisfactionUses property management system to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests, process payments, maintain cash drawer and operate office equipmentQuickly and empathetically responds to guest issues with resolutions that may require thinking "outside of the box"Maintains the front desk area clean and neat by sanitizing surfaces and office equipmentPerforms all guest accounting functions according to established property operating procedures to ensure all guest accounts are complete and accurateUnderstands and applies all required safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guestsRecords adequate information for group blocks to be reported to the appropriate management personnelFlexibility to occasionally work mid and evening shifts is required based on staffing needs.Starting wage for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience.The The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is managed by NCG Hospitality, a USA Today Top Workplace winner 2025 family-owned property management company with over 45 years of proven success.
