General Warehouse Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Dawsonville, GA 30534. This is a 12-month contract role paying $15.00/hour, with the potential to be hired permanently based on your performance and business needs. No prior warehouse experience is necessaryjust a strong work ethic and the desire to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities:Sort and break down consumer electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phonesLift, move, and organize boxes to assist scanners in meeting production goalsPalletize, wrap, and label products accurately and efficientlyReplenish supplies at workstations and transport trash to compactor areasFollow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelinesAssist team members across various warehouse functions as neededSupport quality control by organizing and maintaining inventory zonesMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred but not requiredWarehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not requiredMust have reliable transportationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistanceComfortable standing, bending, and moving for long periods in a fast-paced settingAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environmentsRightStone is a strategic partner that works with our clients to place the highest caliber of talent for a wide range of industries and skill sets.
