About the Role:
Are you looking for high visibility exciting challenges and a rewarding work environment Join our team as the Facilities Maintenance Manager for Oral Roberts University a conservative faithbased university in Tulsa OK. This is a strategic role that offers the opportunity to lead a skilled multigenerational team managing the maintenance and operations of 41 campus buildings including administrative and residential facilities. Reporting to the Director of Facilities you will oversee a team of 30 Maintenance Technicians specializing in HVAC plumbing electrical work painting and repairs. Experience with boilers is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 30 maintenance professionals ensuring a safe efficient and wellmaintained campus environment.
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs across a wide range of services including HVAC electrical plumbing grounds janitorial and mailroom operations.
- Oversee construction renovation and energy management projects to meet both short and longterm objectives.
- Collaborate with university partners to provide exceptional service proactively address maintenance needs and ensure optimal functionality and safety of campus facilities.
- Implement and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to achieve strong operational and financial results.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Boilers: Demonstrated expertise in boiler maintenance and repair is required.
- Leadership Skills: At least 3 years of management experience leading maintenance teams in large complex properties.
- Technical Proficiency: Indepth knowledge of mechanical electrical HVAC plumbing and safety systems as well as landscaping and energy management.
- Customer Service & Communication: Exceptional people skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated P&L management experience and a record of successfully managing budgets.
