Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Officer with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our (Nutley, NJ) location. Description: Stationed in a Security office as a dispatcher. Coordinate communication between security crews and customers. Dispatch security officers or emergency workers to the location of a call. Monitor CCTV. Writing reports. Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm Minimum Requirements: MUST POSSESS A VALID NEW JERSEY SORA. MUST OBTAIN A DRIVER'S LICENSE. Must be capable of handling a variety of serious responsibilities. Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by the employer. Must have a clean criminal/police record and driver's license. Must have a positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with residents and guests. Must devote time and focus to securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting individuals who wish to enter the premises. Must have the ability to respond to emergency situations. Must be able to answer basic questions about the vicinity or neighborhood and also wear a complete uniform.
