HOT NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: Immediate opportunity for a 1 month contract receptionist assignment with a stable and lovely wealth management firm Seeking a 1 month commitment, to cover for permanent receptionist who's unexpectedly on leave for the month. This is a warm, friendly, collaborative professional environment and will be a great way for someone in between jobs to keep busy or for an entry level grad with some reception experience to gain some post- grad experience to build a resume.
WHERE: Braintree, MA - this is a full time, Monday through Friday, 9a.m.-5p.m. on site capacity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: answer and route busy main line phone calls, meet and greet clients and get them situated for meetings with various staff members, assist with general office upkeep and hospitality needs.
