With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.ResponsibilitiesAssist in servicing commercial accounts, including handling billing, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy documentationFollow all established and future Commercial Lines Department and Agency systems, procedures, and guidelinesResearch and resolve company or agency accounting discrepancies promptlyMeet individual performance goals and objectives set by managementCommunicate effectively with CSRs, Producers, and Agency Management to resolve client issues or clarify informationProvide backup and administrative support to Senior Commercial Lines Technical Assistants and the Sr. Claims Executive as neededMaintain thorough knowledge of commercial lines workflows, procedures, and agency operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma required; Brokers License to be obtained within two years of employmentMinimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency or company settingAbility to work independently or collaboratively within a team environmentStrong organizational skills with initiative and attention to detailCommitment to continuous professional education and developmentDemonstrated ability to perform essential job duties accurately and efficientlyWillingness to accommodate and support an inclusive work environment for all qualified individualsAdditional InformationThis job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.Hourly range is $23 to $28 per hour.We're an equal opportunity employer.
