We are looking for a Collections Specialist on a temporary basis of 4-6 months in our Dallas, Texas office. This role will support our team with customer collections, having meaningful conversations with our customers in arrears, and driving them to a solution on a single call. This position is in our offices each day, no remote option. You will work closely with our entire operations team. Responsibilities Monitoring overdue customer payments and ensuring timely collections of these Contacting customers via telephone regarding overdue payments, agreeing on repayment arrangements where necessary Ensuring customer relationships are maintained and working closely with the CSMs to deliver a positive customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment status into the Maxio and Hubspot systems Provide administrative support to colleagues and management as required Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and collections processes Qualifications Previous experience in a customer facing role, with customer collections, credit control or accounts receivable is preferred Administrative experience and good attention to detail Strong communication skills both with customers and colleagues Proficiency in Google Suite and IT Systems (Maxio or similar)
