The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and managing the day-to-day operations of the unit. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff Develop and implement nursing care plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes Provide leadership and support to nursing staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan Previous experience in a nursing leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of nursing best practices and regulations
