This leader plays a central role in driving innovation, improving technical capabilities, and delivering profitable growth through new technologies and customer-focused solutions. Working closely with the Product Management, Commercial, and Operations teams, the Director of Engineering ensures that engineering strategies align with business goals, customer expectations, and manufacturing realities.
