Direct hire fulltime position for a Sr./Lead Network Engineer (with CCIE or JNCIE) in Norcross, GA***Important: We are looking for a US Citizen or a US permanent resident for this role******Required: One active expert-level certification (e.g., Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE, Aruba ACSX) or two or more active cross-vendor professional-level certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP, Aruba ACSP)***Job Description:We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer who can lead projects and mentor the engineering team. The ideal candidates will design, configure, and implement solutions, as well as perform advanced tasks and troubleshooting. This includes collaborating with Solution Architects for Pre-Sales Engineering, Architecting, and Designing both on-prem and cloud-based solutions. The roles will be responsible for configuring and implementing complex technologies and providing expert-level debugging and analysis for engineering support escalations.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead projects and provide coaching to the engineering teamDesign, configure, and implement complex solutions for both on-prem and cloud-based environmentsCollaborate with Solution Architects for Pre-Sales Engineering to develop solutionsDesign, configure, and implement complex technologies, such as Network Access Control (NAC), Security Firewall, Network Switches, Wireless (WLAN), and Server/Storage systems.Serve as an escalation point for engineering support, providing expert-level debugging and analysisDocument system designs, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresEnsure all work is compliant with company policies, security protocols, and industry best practicesMaintain existing certifications and pursue new certifications for partner complianceProvide subject matter expertise on emerging technologies and solutionsRequired Experience/Skills:One expert-level certification (e.g., Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE, Aruba ACSX) or two or more cross-vendor professional-level certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIP, Aruba ACSP).5+ years of experience with Juniper EVPN/VXLAN5+ years of experience in systems or network engineering, with hands-on project leadership experienceStrong problem-solving skills with complex network and system issuesStrong coaching and leadership skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong documentation and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentEducation:High School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree preferred
