Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join their growing team. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, providing comprehensive HR support, and serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership. The HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations to drive cultural advancement and organizational change. The HR Business Partner will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for our distribution centers, fostering strong employee engagement and effective communication channels.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Champion a culture of open communication, acting as a conduit for employee feedback and concerns to senior leadership.
  • Maintain oversight of Workday tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Generate reports to fulfill regulatory obligations and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent policy enforcement and implementation.
  • Drive cultural advancement by embodying a positive attitude, fostering teamwork, and upholding high ethical standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within distribution centers or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Track record of successfully collaborating with senior leaders to drive organizational change.
  • Skilled in providing HR guidance and coaching to leaders.
  • Strong grasp of employee relations principles and compliance with labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of integrity.
  • Experience with Workday is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • to regularly walk, talk, and communicate with occasional standing, sitting, and manual dexterity utilizing visual acuity (i.e., close vision, color perception, and depth perception).
  • to occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
  • to perform work in an office-based environment with occasional duties outside typical office settings.
