Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to generate leads via online platforms and social media.
  • Utilize our CRM for effective lead generation and training.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom.
  • Participate in weekly online training sessions.
  • Lead with positivity nurture your team and manage your own schedule with accountability.
  • Communicate regularly with your director to maintain progress and alignment.
  • Provide mentorship and support to help others achieve their goals.
