Growing and Stable Manufacturing company with roughly 100-130 employees is seeking an HR Generalist to handle all HR duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their responsibilities
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeping the strategy up to date
  • Ensuring all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Partnering with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
