Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, managing subcontractors, schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure deadlines and budget targets are met.
- Manage project documentation, including daily logs, safety protocols, and as-built drawings.
- Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and coordinate efforts across the job site.
Profile
You're an experienced Superintendent with over 10 years in construction, managing multi-family and commercial projects. You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work while managing timelines and budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
