Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Administrator at RETINA CONSULTANTS, LLC. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including managing medical and Administrative office operations, budgeting, and ensuring efficient and effective practice management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or equivalent years of experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical practice management.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
· Proficiency in healthcare management software, NextGen is preferred
· Proficiency Microsoft Office suite
· Knowledge of QuickBooks Financial Software is preferred and a strong background in Financial management and documentation.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
