With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 14,500+, and has 58 offices in 21 countries within key global markets.Our challengeWe are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead complex Pega development projects, design scalable Pega solutions, and guide technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega platform architecture, design, and implementation, along with strong leadership and communication skills.Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
