We are recruiting 2 Superintendents

1)      Superintendent with heavy civil background who understands boilers, pumps, large mechanical work.

2)      Superintendent with high level of mechanical construction experience who understands site-work

3)      Or even better, a Super who is well versed in both Civil and Mechanical

PROJECT

The project is a municipality owned, medium sized Wastewater Treatment plant on Cape Cod Massachusetts, handling about 6 million gallons per day.

Our client is one of the biggest Heavy Civil Contractors in the Northeast. Having recently partnered with a Major international partner; their bonding capacity is now one of the biggest in the region. Their management style is modern, progressive and their average employee retention span id exceptional. This position is purely They also self-perform some of the work.

Total cost of the project is about $130 MM

TIMELINE

Project starts early September and will last 3 years

SALART PACKAGE

At least $200k, healthcare, relocation / accommodation allowance, possible signing bonus, generous travel back home.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We would like to talk with candidates who have built big buildings with complicated Mechanical and Civil quotients, Pharma, Petro, Sewage, Pump stations etc. would all be great, valuable experience. We would also be interested in talking with candidates who might bring with them proven assistants such as Site Engineers, Assistant Supers.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

The right candidate could be a Pure Civil Super who has some knowledge of Heavy Mechanical, or a Heavy Mechanical Super who also had some earthwork & civil experience. Or he/she could already be a General Superintendent, overseeing multiple sites could be a blend of Super and PM. If you like to manage from a trailer, we want to talk to you. The project is 110 miles from home office so the company will be establishing a satellite operation on Cape Cod. This is a tremendous opportunity to contribute your leadership skills in both field and office.
