This role will also be responsible for supporting the Global and NA Strategy team. The Senior Financial Analyst will facilitate global forecasting and budget processes, and assess performance relative to established plans. The successful candidate should demonstrate advanced analytical abilities, a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, and a commitment to using data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and support growth.Essential FunctionsAssist in the monthly and quarterly consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare presentations as required by the executive teamDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, conduct variance analysis, and identify key trends.Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators and budget, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend.Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance against established goals and industry benchmarks.Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the Product & Strategy function.Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at driving process improvements and operational excellence.This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
