Digital Services Deposit SpecialistRole: The Digital Services Deposit Specialist ensures that daily remote deposit reviews are properly conducted and completed along with other tasks such as placing Reg. CC holds and sending member notices.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Review, correct, and submit ITM, ATM, and Mobile deposited items. Establish and maintain effective coordination and working relations with vendors.Assists with calls/emails from other departments and members with questions/issues with Mobile, ATM, or ITM deposits and other related questions/issues.Work with the appropriate areas and contact members on fraud mitigation and loss.Work with appropriate departments to ensure checks are reconciled.Review systems to correct any duplicate deposits submitted through all check acceptance channels.Performs other job related duties as assigned.Experience: One or more years of digital service experience, or one of more years of financial institution experience is required.Education: A high school diploma or GED.Other skills required:Must possess strong knowledge with internet browsers, including but not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.Must possess strong computer skills with the ability to utilize various applications via desktop, tablet and mobileMust be able to analyze various data points and systemsMust be able to balance workload, prioritize and multi-task throughout the workdayMust possess excellent written and verbal communications skillsMust be proficient with Microsoft 365
